"To seek to possess the weapons that could counter those of the infidels is a religious duty." - Osama Bin Laden

How Likely is an 'Incident'?

Weapons grade nuclear materials are still missing from former Soviet stockpiles. Who knows where they are.
Some people in the world hate us. They've proven they have the wealth and the wile to act on that hate.
Iran is dedicated to developing nuclear capabilities, and has threatened the US with 'harm and pain'.
North Korea is on the same weapons development track, and has missle capability. They don't care much for us either.
The latest news indicates that the more than 100 nuclear power plants in our country are at risk.
The government simply cannot move fast enough to assure protection.
If you aren't concerned about outside threats, how about the poor security, accidents, ineptitude and stupidity we inflict on ourselves?
Potassium Iodate (KI03) gives virtually complete protection from radioactive iodine released into the environment - if you have it on hand at the time of the event. If you don't have it on hand, it'll be too late.

With eyes to see and ears to hear, let us conduct ourselves accordingly.
